Many factories want a trolley that fits their work exactly, but aren't sure how custom ordering starts, whether they need drawings, or what the steps are. This article explains the IRONMAX process from start to finish.
Step 1: Send Drawings, Photos or an Idea
You don't need engineering drawings to get started. You can send drawings, sketches, photos of a sample trolley or photos of the goods to be carried, along with the dimensions, load and quantity you need, on LINE.
Step 2: Assessment and Quotation
Our team defines the materials, steel sizes, wheel type, painting or rust-proofing and production method, then sends a quotation with a delivery date. If information is missing, we only ask about what is essential.
Step 3: Design Confirmation Before Production
Before any steel is cut, we summarise the main dimensions, number of levels, spacing, wheel positions and key details for you to confirm, reducing rework later.
Step 4: Cutting, Welding and Assembly
- Steel cut and prepared to the drawing
- Frame welded and assembled, with MIG / TIG / Arc welding chosen to suit the steel type
- Caster plates and cast-iron-core PU wheels fitted, with rigid/swivel/brake casters laid out for how the trolley is used
Step 5: Finishing and QC Inspection
Welds are ground and cleaned up, then painted or rust-proofed, and we check dimensions, squareness, wheel rotation and brake locking before handover.
Step 6: Delivery
We deliver across Thailand and ship worldwide. For international orders, we pack the goods for transport and quote shipping at cost based on weight and destination.
Summary
Ordering a custom trolley is straightforward. Start by sending whatever information you have — our team will turn it into a buildable design, quote it, fabricate it, inspect it and deliver it to you.
