1. Trolley Dimensions
- Approximate width × length × height (mm or cm)
- Number of levels and spacing between them
- Deck height, if it must match a bench or machine
2. Goods to Be Carried
- Maximum weight per trolley and per level
- Size and shape, with photos
- Whether you need guard rails, drip trays or special fixtures
3. Operating Conditions
- Smooth floor, epoxy floor or floor with gaps
- Indoor, damp area or outdoor use
- Doors or narrow aisles it must pass through (opening sizes)
- Whether it needs to steer easily, travel straight or lock in place
4. Material and Finish
- Painted mild steel, galvanised or stainless steel (if unsure, our team will advise)
- Preferred colour, if any
5. Quantity and Delivery
- Number of trolleys required
- Date you need them in service
- Delivery address — for international orders, the destination country and city
