Assembly Process
- Assembly to drawings: parts positioned and fixed at the locations specified in the drawing
- Dimension & squareness checks: distances, straightness and angles measured to match the spec
- Surface finishing / painting: grinding to clean up marks, then painting or rust-proof plating as required
- QC before delivery: finish and function checked before handover
Delivered ready to use: finished assemblies pass dimensional and quality checks, reducing poor fits or on-site rework
