The quality of steelwork comes down to the "weld". We offer several welding processes and choose the method to suit the steel type and the strength the job requires — not the same weld for every job.
Choosing the Right Welding Method
| Method | Best for |
|---|---|
| MIG | Fast work, long seams, general steel, trolley frames |
| TIG | Precision work, stainless steel, clean and smooth welds |
| Arc (stick) | Thick steel, high-load structural work |
How We Control Quality
- Surface preparation before welding: joints cleaned so the weld bonds firmly
- Heat input/welding sequence control: reduces distortion of the workpiece
- Inspection of welds at load points: focusing on points that carry weight or impact
- Clean finishing: grinding, surface finishing and rust-proofing as required
Why it matters: a good weld determines how long a trolley or steel frame withstands heavy use, so we always choose the welding method for the actual job
How to Get Started
Send drawings or describe the job (steel type, thickness, load points) on LINE — our team will assess it and send a quotation.
