What We Make
- Adjustable levels/spacing: designed to fit the height and quantity of items to be carried
- Drip trays: trays that stop oil, swarf or liquids dripping onto the factory floor
- Anti-fall edges: added lips or rails so parts don't slide off while pushing
- Materials to suit the job: painted steel, plated steel, or stainless steel for clean/food applications
Examples: a 3-level trolley with oil drip trays for moving parts after machining, or adjustable shelving for a spare-parts store
Load Capacity as Designed
We calculate the steel thickness and weld points so each level carries its real working load without sagging or tipping, and fit cast-iron-core PU wheels so the trolley pushes easily even when fully loaded.
