FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How much weight can IRONMAX caster wheels carry?

The 6-inch model carries 350 kg per wheel, or up to 1,400 kg per set, and the 4-inch model carries 250 kg per wheel, or up to 1,000 kg per set, thanks to the 5.5 mm thick cast-iron core.

Do cast-iron-core PU wheels leave marks on factory floors?

No. The PU tread doesn't damage epoxy floors the way black rubber wheels do, and it resists factory oils and chemicals well.

When will I receive my order?

We hold stock in Thailand ready to ship immediately, with express delivery within 24 hours — no waiting 3–7 days as with other suppliers.

What is the starting price?

Single wheels start from 390 THB each (4-inch rigid), and set promotions start from 1,690 THB per set, including 7% VAT, with free shipping when you buy a set.

Which caster types are available?

There are 3 types in both 4-inch and 6-inch sizes: rigid (fixed), swivel and brake.

Which model should I use for a 1-tonne trolley?

Use the 6-inch model in a set of 4 wheels, rated up to 1,400 kg per set — enough for 1-tonne work with a safety factor already included. We recommend a set with brake casters so the cart can be locked in place.

Can PU wheels be used on epoxy floors?

Yes, very well. The PU tread leaves no marks and doesn't scratch epoxy floors, making it ideal for food, pharmaceutical and electronics factories that need clean floors — unlike black rubber wheels, which leave marks, and steel/nylon wheels, which scratch the floor.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide — both PU caster wheels and custom trolley/steel fabrication to your drawings. International shipping is charged at cost based on weight and destination. Message us on LINE @IRONMAX-THAILAND or call +66 64-241-9787 for a quotation.
